What happens after I enquire?
I’ll get in touch with you via email to arrange an introductory 20 minute phone call. After the call, if we’re both happy to proceed we’ll set up our first counselling session.
How much are sessions?
Session are £55 and can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly. There is a concessionary rate for students of £45.
Where do sessions take place?
Face to face sessions take place in York city centre. Once we’ve confirmed you first session, you’ll be sent details and directions.
Online sessions will be conducted over zoom.
